Edith – Amos was such a pleasure to “run into” or visit with. We were not good friends, but through Fred Bernheim, we became happy acquaintances. We know you will miss him greatly, but we hope Amos’ memory will always be a blessing to you and your family.
Sincerely, Bette and Larry Kahn

Dear Edith: SO sorry to read of Amos’s passing. I always looked forward to seeing you both at Hadassah events. May he rest in “shalom”.

I wanted to express my condolences to Edith and the whole family. I remember Amos, Edith, Helene, Nancy, and David attending my wedding in Brooklyn. Over the years I have kept in touch with Amos and I found his and Edith’s videos about their time during the Shoah very inspirational. My father was the Rabbi who married Amos and Edith. May you be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem
